本网讯  为进一步强化职工考勤管理,从526开始,太平煤矿工作的职工,只要在半米见方的仪器面前一站就能自动考勤,原来这是该矿推行“人脸识别考勤机”考勤的结果。

 

过去,该矿只注重井下和地面机关考勤工作,这样对部分地面单位和工区监督不够,容易出现劳动人力资源使用和分配不均衡现象。为加强考勤管理,提高工作效率。最近,矿投资引进了5台型号为汉王S7150的人脸考勤机,分别安装在机关办公楼、采掘楼、机电楼、东大门警务室等地点。

 

至此,该矿除井下使用井下人员定位跟踪系统考勤意外,机关后勤和生产辅助人员考勤全部使用“人脸识别考勤机”的自动收集信息,实现了考勤管理数字化、简约化。

 

  通过实行这一考勤制度,全矿人力资源呈现出三个优点:一是实现了统一管理,全矿职工考勤全部由劳资科监督管理,实现职工考勤统一管理。二是做到了时时监督。这样职工出勤情况,可随时由劳资科调出,便于监督和统计。三是杜绝了考勤漏洞。这样以来,职工出勤主要以人脸考勤机和井下人员定位系统收集的数据为主要依据,手工考勤仅为参考,有效杜绝了考勤漏洞,提高了人力资源利用率,增强了职工工作积极性和自我约束的能力。(张敬民)
